You will oversee the Residential Department, ensure adherence to systems, provide on-call coverage, and manage scheduling and staffing ratios to maintain safe, supportive care.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and hands-on intervention in a therapeutic environment with a comprehensive clinical, nursing, and direct care team.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program.
• On-call responsibilities may require overtime.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Aufgaben

• Oversight of the Residential Department with Senior Residential Department members and direct client care.
• Ensure residential systems are followed daily and provide on-call coverage.
• Oversee scheduling to maintain staffing ratios and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings and run shifts when needed.
