Job summary

Crossroads Health, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Residential Specialist for our Northcoast House in Concord, Ohio. The PRN position requires flexibility across shifts including first, second, and overnight, up to 19 hours per week based on need.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work or related field is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required at minimum.
• 2+ years of experience working with clients in a recovery capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on a one-to-one basis with residents, teaching independent living skills.
• Assist residents in building their social support networks of family, friends, and volunteers.
• Collaborate with Community Support Treatment Workers and staff to support client progress.
• Provide crisis support and assist in crisis intervention when needed.
