Crossroads Health in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Residential Specialist for the Northcoast House in Concord. This role supports residents in short-term or transitional housing, teaching independent living skills and fostering social connections under trauma-informed care.

Evenings: Fridays and Saturdays 1-10:30 PM. We require at least a high school diploma with 2+ years in recovery work; an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in social work or related field is preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required at minimum.
• 2+ years of working with clients in a recovery capacity preferred.
• Trauma-informed care, motivational support, and crisis de-escalation are highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• One-to-one work with residents, teaching independent living skills.
• Assist residents in expanding their social support networks.
• Collaborate with Community Support Treatment Workers and staff to support client progress.
• Provide crisis support and help residents maintain stability; access additional crisis resources as needed.
