Doors to Freedom is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as 2nd- and 3rd-Shift Residential Staff in Summerville, SC. You will guide young women through daily routines with trauma-informed support and help them achieve personal goals in a nurturing environment.

These full-time positions include weekend work, with 2nd shift focusing on daily task support and 3rd shift monitoring and night routines.

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a supportive space where young women can heal and thrive. We're currently seeking compassionate individuals to join us as 2nd- and 3rd-Shift Residential Staff, committed to making a difference in the lives of these young girls.

In this role, you'll guide residents through their daily routines, ensuring they have the support they need to achieve their personal goals. During the 2nd shift, you'll engage with residents to help them complete daily tasks and activities in a trauma-informed manner. On the 3rd shift, you'll monitor their safety and well-being throughout the night, document sleep patterns, and assist with morning routines. We value dedication and a strong work ethic, and we're looking for someone who can commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends. Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
