Qualifications

• Must identify as a person with lived experience of recovery from substance use or mental health challenges.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist in North Carolina or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Understanding of harm reduction and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support and assist in Recovery Café and harm reduction activities.
• Facilitate groups and outreach, inventory management, and data sharing.
• Assist visitors, answer inquiries, and support admin tasks across EHR and office tools.
