Interior Alaska Center for Non-Violent Living is seeking a compassionate Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager to support clients in a permanent supportive housing program in Alaska. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, advocacy, safety planning, conflict resolution, and helping clients access housing, income, and community resources.

The role requires trauma-informed care experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field

Qualifications

• Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and computer skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant experience may substitute.

Responsabilités

• Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, safety planning, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate group activities and assist clients with housing, income, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate client records and support daily living activities.
