Job summary

Aurora Housing Authority in Colorado is seeking a Manager of Supportive Services to lead the PSH program at Sanctuary on Potomac, supervising two Peer Support Specialists and providing direct resident support.

The role requires an MSW (or related field) and Colorado licensure; you will ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services, coordinate with Aurora Mental Health, property management, and community partners, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field required.
• Colorado licensure (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC or equivalent) required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience providing case management, supportive housing, behavioral health, homeless services, or related human services.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory, team lead, or program coordination experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing regulations, documentation, QA processes and reimbursement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance management, and professional development to two Peer Support Specialists.
• Conduct regular supervision, case consultations, performance evaluations, and staff development activities.
• Foster accountability, trauma-informed, resident-centered, and recovery-oriented service delivery.
• Monitor documentation, billing practices, and compliance with Medicaid, agency, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain on-site direct service caseload and engage residents in care coordination and housing stabilization.
