Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Peer Provider for David's Harp, a 20-hour-per-week position in NE Portland. You will support integrated healthcare treatment, lead health promotion groups, and offer individual wellness coaching to clients with lived experience, guided by trauma-informed principles.

The role emphasizes recovery, client-centered care, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to promote personal goals and progress in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Peer Support training approved by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).
• Experience as a current or former user of behavioral health services and personal recovery is preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations in the Portland metro area and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead health promotion groups and provide one-on-one support.
• Engage in wellness-focused activities aligned with service plans.
• Administer outcome measures and support data collection for grants.
