Qualifications

• THW Peer Support Specialist Certification is required.
• Experience as a current or former recipient of behavioral health services.
• Ability to travel to multiple Portland Metro locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support in the program, community, and homes.
• Coordinate with the treatment team to ensure continuity of services.
• Attend meetings, supervise cases, and contribute to group sessions.
• Assist with housing, benefits, and community resources as needed.
