ParentChild Connections in Tulsa, OK is seeking a SafeCare® Parent Educator to provide in-home visits under the evidence-based SafeCare curriculum. You will support caregivers of children 0 to 5, focusing on positive parenting, child development, safety, and healthy relationships.

The role involves weekly one-hour home visits, caseload management for about 12 families, thorough documentation, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Relations, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to engage in crucial conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; translate documentation and curriculum.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits; mileage reimbursement.

Aufgaben

• Provide home visitation services aligning with SafeCare curriculum to families in the Tulsa area.
• Teach child development, positive parenting, safety/health awareness, and parent-child interaction activities.
• Build trauma-informed, strength-based relationships with clients and partner with community resources.
• Manage a caseload of approx. 12 families and document within required 48 hours COA standards.
• Complete psychosocial assessments, IFSPs, and SafeCare program assessments on schedule.
• Maintain organized documentation and referrals; monitor progress toward family goals.
• Participate in trainings and ensure fidelity of SafeCare modules.
