BCFS Health and Human Services in Texas seeks a Home Visitor/Parent Educator to deliver quality services under the Texas Home Visiting Program. You will build trusting relationships, conduct intakes, assessments, and use the Safecare curriculum with caregivers, guiding families toward set goals.

You'll provide intensive case management, health education, referrals, and monthly calendar events, while documenting activities in PEIRS (DFPS), Salesforce, and BCFS software.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for related fields.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; strong written and verbal English.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks; provide work eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach and recruitment for the Texas Home Visiting Program.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with families.
• Use Safecare curriculum with caregivers and report recordings to supervisor.
• Administer intake, assessments, and screenings.
• Set goals and activities from assessment results with parents.
• Provide intensive case management and health education.
• Record services in PEIRS, Salesforce, and BCFS software.
• Meet bi-weekly with supervisor to review caseload.
• Meet grant-delivered deliverables and attend required trainings.
