Job summary

WHITE MOUNTAIN APACHE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC. seeks a Rezilient Coordinator to lead the Rezilient workgroup and provide trauma-informed education and outreach to families and community members funded by CRRSAA SABG. The coordinator will organize and guide the workgroup toward program goals.

The role includes coordinating workshops, training professionals, and developing ACES outreach materials, while ensuring cultural awareness and ethical practice on the Fort Apache Reservation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with four years’ related mental health experience preferred.
• AA/Bachelor’s degree in mental health/human services or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ ACES experience preferred and experience with Native American populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workshops, faculty conferences, and community events on trauma-informed care.
• Collect and interpret ACES data to inform care approaches.
• Train and coach professionals in key program concepts.
• Lead the Rezilient workgroup to accomplish program goals.
• Collaborate with local health, education, and social service organizations.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

AA/Bachelor’s degree in mental health/human services or related field preferred

ACES experience preferred
