Job summary

WHITE MOUNTAIN APACHE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC. seeks a Rezilient Coordinator to lead the Rezilient workgroup, deliver trauma-informed education, and coordinate community outreach across the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.

You will collect ACES data, train professionals, organize workshops, and oversee fundraising efforts to sustain prevention initiatives. Strong communication and cultural awareness are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with 4+ years in mental health field.
  • 2 years’ ACES experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing (fingerprint, background, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Rezilient workgroup and organize workshops and community events.
  • Collect and interpret ACES data to understand trauma impacts on care.
  • Train and coach staff in trauma-informed concepts.
  • Identify spaces and environments that may trigger distress.
  • Organize fundraising and identify grant opportunities.
  • Develop a marketing approach for ACES and engage local ACE organizations.
  • Supervise staff facilitating Rezilient programming.
  • Plan cultural Rezilient workshops on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation.
  • Communicate research findings to the workgroup and stakeholders.
