Job summary

OneQuest Health in Covington, KY seeks an Outpatient Therapist to lead treatment for clients and families in our outpatient services. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and evidence-based family therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and supervision of interns as needed. A KY license and MSW (or equivalent) are required, with a signing bonus of $5,000 available.

Qualifications

• MSW or related degree required with Kentucky license or eligibility.
• Two years of behavioral health or educational field experience.
• Experience delivering individual and family therapy using evidence-based models.
• Ability to work as a team member within a multi-disciplinary group.
• Must be Medicaid/MCO billable or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Engage families in services and provide parent education to support goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments meeting medical necessity and diagnostic requirements.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Document progress notes and monthly updates accurately and timely.
• Provide individual and family therapy according to treatment plans.
