Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models and recovery-oriented systems of care. Reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
• AHA BLS Certification.
• Preferred: Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Preferred: Medicaid billing and documentation knowledge.
• Preferred: Experience in integrated care, community mental health, or FQHC settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with clients and the team.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in accordance with licensure.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-informed care).
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers and referral sources.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and higher level of care referrals when needed.
• Maintain ethics and client confidentiality per HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Participate in supervision, training, and continuing education.
