Pathways Inc. - Kentucky is seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist to deliver assessment, treatment planning, and individual/family therapy to assigned clients in Grayson, KY. Maintain an active caseload with compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Nursing required.
• Associate or Independent Kentucky licensure required, or actively working toward licensure.
• Employees must comply with supervision requirements established by licensing boards.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Accreditation (ANCC) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload.
• Complete Diagnostic Screening Assessments.
• Conduct initial and annual Health Assessments.
• Complete initial and annual Bio-Psychosocial Assessments.
• Develop individualized Treatment Plans and Reviews.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation.
