Job summary

Health Connect America in Kendall, FL is seeking a Therapist II to provide high-quality mental health services to children, families, and adults. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes documentation, crisis response, outreach to attract referrals, and ongoing professional development while ensuring compliance with state licensing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and/or families preferred.
• State licensure in FL or VA or eligibility.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong documentation and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with emergency services during crises.
• Engage in community outreach to promote services.
