Responsabilités

• Provides trauma informed clinical services in triage, crisis intervention, assessment and therapy within a multidisciplinary team
• Completes all client treatment documentation per procedures
• Coordinates care and referrals with hospitals, jails, shelters, and outpatient programs
• Meets productivity standards for the position and role
• Attends mandatory department/agency meetings and trainings
• Performs related duties to support service delivery
