Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. is seeking a Clinician I to join a multidisciplinary team providing assessment and therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.

The role is split between Adult Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient and based at 88 Valley St., Bristol, CT, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in behavioral health, an associates license (MFTA, PCA, LMSW) or eligibility for LCSW/LMFT/LPC, and is bilingual preferred.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Assoc license (MFTA/PCA/LMSW) required or eligible.
• Bilingual ability preferred (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs intake assessments with diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Provides individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborates with other providers and coordinates referrals to community resources.
• Responds to crises and triages to meet client needs.
• Maintains compliant documentation within designated timeframes.
