Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Team Lead to plan, coordinate, and support assigned team members in clinic and community settings. You will mentor and train staff, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed services for adults and young adults.

The role emphasizes culturally and linguistically competent care, collaboration with program managers, and leadership in health and human services delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Defined education: Behavioral Science.
• Substitutions: 30 transcript hours in Behavioral Health studies acceptable.
• Four years of experience in Health and Human services field.
• Licensed/Certifications: QMHP or eligible for QMHP certification; DS Service Coordinator (on the job).
• Carrying and lifting requirements 15-25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support assigned team members.
• Mentor, train, and supervise staff in clinic and community settings.
• Ensure delivery of trauma-informed and culturally and linguistically competent services to adults and young adults.
