Job summary

Dentonmhmr is seeking an AMH Team Lead to supervise adult mental health case management and rehab services under the Program Manager. The role includes training staff, overseeing LOC assignments, and ensuring compliance with HHSC guidelines.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed care and interdepartmental collaboration. Responsibilities cover team meetings, documentation audits, community visits, crisis intervention, and coordination with community resources to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major in human services to qualify as QMHP.
• QMHP designation required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Six months MH field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with the Program Manager and staff.
• Train new staff on policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Audit staff notes and ensure CAPS compliance.
• Coordinate care across LOC levels and conduct community visits.
• Provide Case Management and Rehab services in a team environment.
• Generate weekly productivity and billing reports.
• Respond to crises and coordinate with MCOT or crisis resources.
• Maintain HHSC contract compliance and timely documentation.
