Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with complex behavioral health needs. The role supports services in Specialized Programs, including those involved with the justice system or transitioning from residential or inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Science field required.
• Texas licensure eligible or current licensure preferred (LPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT and related licenses).
• Two years of mental health services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face or virtual intakes and diagnostic assessments for eligibility determinations.
• Provide at least 20 hours of direct or case-management services weekly.
• Document all treatment and draft progress notes in the EHR by the next business day.
