Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) in Salina, KS seeks a licensed social work, counseling, or psychology professional to provide multimodal MST-based therapy to at-risk youth and families.

The role involves conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct interventions with a trauma-informed approach. Travel to clients’ homes is required (up to 75%), with supervision, documentation, and collaboration across multiple agencies to support community

Qualificações

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree acceptable with relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Live within 30–45 minutes travel time of service area.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Cultural competence and trauma-informed practice.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify presenting problems, strengths and systemic factors contributing to difficulties.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on Multisystemic Therapy principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families and collaborate with other professionals.
• Implement crisis management strategies to address immediate safety concerns for clients and families.
• Participate in supervision to enhance clinical skills and fidelity to MST model.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, including sessions notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with social services, schools, court, mental health agencies and other stakeholders.
