Made Well Center for Wholeness in Wilmington, NC seeks a dedicated Mental Health Therapist for a full-time, hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility. You will provide individual, family, and group counseling, perform intake assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans aligning with holistic care values.

You will collaborate with other wellness providers, engage in case management, and coordinate care with external healthcare and community resources.

Qualifications

• Must hold current North Carolina licensure or be eligible for licensure in a mental health field.
• Master’s degree in a related mental health field is required.
• Experience delivering individual, family, and group therapy with a trauma-informed approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
• Conduct intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with wellness providers and coordinate care with external resources as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to wellness programs, retreats, workshops, and community events.
