Job summary

Mindful Way Therapy PLLC seeks a compassionate therapist to join a generalist team, handling a varied caseload across teens (14+), adults, couples, and families. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, neurodivergent-inclusive care, with a commitment to affirming practice and ongoing growth within a supportive team.

Remote/Hybrid to start, potential for in-person work later. Salary ranges include associates and fully-licensed tracks, with admin pay and health benefits starting in 2026.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant mental health field and licensure track in Washington state.
• Experience with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy to adolescents (14+) and adults.
• Support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ identity-related stress.
• Develop and update collaborative treatment plans reflecting each client's goals and context.
