• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Take, document, and monitor vital signs.
• Interview clients and verify medical history and medications.
• Document client information in the electronic health record and other systems.
• Schedule appointments and perform general office duties, including filing and light cleaning.
• Administer injections and collect blood draws as needed.
