Qualifications

• One year of clinical intake and admissions experience minimum.
• Two years of experience with substance use disorders strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of OASAS and Medicaid regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake and admissions assessments for outpatient programs.
• Provide outpatient program coverage as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in the EMR.

Skills

LCSW, LMHC, or LMSW or CASAC-2

Outstanding written and oral communications skills

Computer skills (Internet, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, EMRs, HRA STARS)

Highly organized with strong attention to details

Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations

Must be compassionate and a team player
