Job summary

The Educational Alliance Inc. in New York, NY seeks a full-time Director of Admission Services to oversee centralized admissions, clinical intake, triage, bed utilization, and outreach across CRW's care continuum. You will ensure regulatory compliance and lead a team of admissions staff.

QUALIFICATIONS include NYS licensure (LCSW/LMHC), a master’s in a related field, and 5+ years in behavioral health with supervisory experience. Strong communication and EHR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in behavioral health, with experience in OASAS Part 820 residential or Part 822 outpatient programs.
• Two years supervising clinical staff.
• Experience delivering presentations and conducting community outreach.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and state reporting portals.
• Ability to make and defend admission decisions under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions operations across residential, ambulatory, and outpatient programs.
• Lead intake workflow, triage, and regulatory compliance for admissions.
• Supervise staff, develop training, and manage schedules.
• Lead outreach and referral development with external partners.
