Educational Alliance in New York, NY seeks an Adolescent & Family Clinician to provide specialized clinical counseling for adolescents and their families in an OASAS-certified outpatient program, with a primary focus on substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. The role includes both in-person and virtual services and a secondary adult caseload.

The clinician will use trauma-informed, person-centered approaches and collaborate across medical, mental health, and social service

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline (MSW, MHC, MFT, etc.) and licensed in NY or eligible for licensure, or CASAC/CASAC-T with relevant experience.
• Experience with adolescents and/or families in clinical or community settings preferred.
• Ability to document case notes and treatment plans clearly and accurately.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialized clinical counseling to adolescents (ages 12–21) and families in an outpatient program.
• Coordinate services with medical, mental health, housing, and social service providers.
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, intake assessments, and discharge plans.
• Engage families and guardians throughout treatment with clear updates and referrals as needed.
• Advocate for clients and coordinate with treatment teams to meet needs.
