Job summary

NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals (NPH) is seeking PRN therapists to join our clinical team in Phoenix. You will provide daily individual and group counseling, with trauma-informed care, and participate in treatment planning under the Director of Clinical Services.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required.
• LCSW, LPC, or LMHC license is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred.
• Experience developing and administering treatment plans.
• Individual and group counseling techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall treatment planning efforts, care conferences with families and providers, family and provider care updates, psychosocial needs and completion.
• Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population including complex discharge processes.
• Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional.
