Job summary

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Licensed Inpatient Therapist for PRN/per diem coverage at our Scottsdale facility. The clinician will deliver psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and collaborate on treatment planning and discharge planning to support teens, adults, and older adults with complex mental health needs.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling and licensure (LAC/LPCS/LMSW/LCSW) with 1–3 years of psychiatric inpatient

Qualifications

• Master's degree in SW, Psychology, or Professional Counseling.
• 1–3 years of psychiatric behavioral health experience, inpatient preferred.
• Licensure as LCSW/Licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
• Coordinate referrals, crisis intervention and liaison with hospital departments.
