Job summary

Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital in Phoenix is seeking an IOP Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The PRN position supports weekday and evening coverage to deliver high-quality clinical services and coordinate care for outpatient clients.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility with family and group therapies and crisis intervention.
• Licensed in Arizona in social work, counseling, or related mental health field (LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMFT).
• FingerPrint Clearance required or obtainable within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services and coordination of care for outpatient clients in the IOP.
• Deliver therapeutic treatment skills training and psychoeducation.
• Perform crisis intervention and short-term family therapy as needed.
• Provide information and referrals to support ongoing care.
