Job summary

Ruby's Place, operating as Restorative Pathways in Oakland, seeks a compassionate Case Manager (Housing) for a hybrid, full-time role supporting housing stability for survivors and families. You will assess barriers, develop individualized housing plans, navigate subsidies, and coordinate with landlords and community partners to secure lasting housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in housing case management or related services.
• Experience with housing navigation, landlord engagement, or subsidy programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive housing assessments and identify barriers to stability.
• Develop individualized housing plans with measurable goals and timelines.
• Provide housing navigation, including searches, referrals, and move-in coordination.
• Communicate with landlords, housing providers, and community partners to facilitate tenancy.
• Document services, outcomes, and progress in HMIS/Clarity in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with shelter programs, housing teams, and other departments to support clients.
