Job summary

Wilder in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Housing Specialist to provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed case management and referrals to community resources to help individuals maintain or stabilize housing.

This is a regular full-time, in-office position with potential to transition to a hybrid model after training. AA degree in social services with relevant experience required; BA preferred with at least one year of experience, four years may substitute.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or related field is required with at least two years of relevant work experience.
• BA degree in a related Human Services field preferred with at least one year of relevant work experience; four years of related experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed case management services and referrals to community resources to remove barriers to housing.
• Complete daily documentation, interpret reports and assessments from providers, and maintain accurate client records.
• Conduct in-person home visits as part of program requirements.
