Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc. seeks passionate Trauma-Informed Therapists to provide complex trauma-informed mental health services to justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities.

Location options include remote work and in-person duties across Ohio and Nevada. You will deliver individual, youth, family, and group therapy using evidence-based trauma-informed approaches, develop tailored treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with community partners and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related clinical field.
• Active license or licensure eligibility in Ohio and/or Nevada (LMFT/IMFT, LPC/LPCC, LSW/LCSW).
• Experience working with justice-system-impacted individuals, youth, families, and those affected by complex trauma.
• Self-driven and motivated.
• Training or certification in trauma-focused modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT) preferred.
• Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, youth, family, relationship, and/or group therapy utilizing trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Take a self-driven approach to building and maintaining a caseload, including outreach, community engagement, and marketing.
• Collaborate with community partners, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in periodic case reviews and peer consultation meetings.
