Job summary

Compassionate Healing Psychotherapy and Consultation, PLLC is seeking masters-level therapists to provide relationship-based, trauma-informed care. The role starts as a part-time W-2 position with a pathway toward more hours, leadership opportunities, and the potential for hybrid telehealth and in-person work from our Chicago Loop office.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Illinois clinical license or credential appropriate to the position.
• Illinois credentials may include LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, ALMFT, or LMFT.
• Strong interest in trauma-focused psychotherapy and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to provide telehealth services and work with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy to clients with trauma and complex mental health concerns.
• Apply evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to support healing and long-term change.
• Complete clinical intakes and trauma-informed assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation.
