Community Medical Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Milwaukee clinic. You will greet clients and visitors with professionalism, scheduling appointments and assisting with walk-ins in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Under Clinic Manager supervision, you will ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record while maintaining confidentiality and delivering compassionate care to clients in recovery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of front desk experience in healthcare preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and attends to clients in person and over the phone.
• Manages patient flow in a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Schedules appointments and assists with walk-in intakes.
• Completes accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Maintains a welcoming lobby and reception area.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and assists with billing entries.
• Ensures confidentiality of client and employee information.
• Assists in de-escalation and trauma-informed engagement.
• Participates in ongoing quality improvement and education.
