Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service is required.
• 1+ years front desk experience preferred in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone with professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and manage high-volume patient flow.
• Assist with walk-in intakes and insurance verification.
• Enter demographic data into electronic health records.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and accurate documentation.
