Job summary

YouthNet is seeking a Placement Support Manager in the Olympic area (Kitsap, Jefferson, Clallam, and Mason counties). The role focuses on the health, safety, and emotional well-being of youth in care, with development of individualized Caregiver Support Plans and coordination of services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in social services or closely related field.
• Five years full-time experience with children or youth in related settings.
• Minimum 16 hours of preservice training and 12 hours of annual training.
• Valid Washington State driver's license and ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide Caregiver Support Services to a caseload as assigned.
• Develop Caregiver Support Plans.
• Deliver Caregiver Support services to help access needed services for children/youth.
