Job summary

Youthnet is seeking a Placement Support Manager to ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of youth in the Caregiver Support Program. You will develop placement plans, coordinate services, monitor progress, and liaise with families, DSHS caseworkers, and school staff to ensure comprehensive care.

The role requires strong communication, case coordination, and the ability to work across multiple service areas within the Northwest region (Skagit, Whatcom and Island Counties).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social services or closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in social services or closely related field.
• Five years full-time experience with children or youth in related settings.
• Willingness to attend preservice training (16 hours) and annual training (12 hours).
• Ability to work onsite and remotely as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Caregiver Support Services to a caseload as assigned.
• Develop and implement Caregiver Support Plans.
• Coordinate referrals and services for youth in care.
• Maintain documentation in the client file and liaise with families and caseworkers.
• Assist in monitoring progress and supervision plans for youth in care.

Education
