MissionHires is looking for a dedicated Case Aide in Longview, Washington to provide essential support to children and caregivers in the foster care system. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering trauma-informed, hands-on assistance to help foster families thrive. This role offers a combination of part-time to full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to engage directly with community resources.

In addition to a supportive team environment, benefits include health reimbursements, paid time off, and necessary certifications to support children's needs. Applicants must have a valid WA driver’s license and prior experience with children.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children or families.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to complete required documentation on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and supervision to children in foster care.
• Work with foster parents to support children with higher behavioral needs.
• Transport children safely to appointments and activities.
• Complete required documentation and follow guidelines.
