Omni Family of Services North Carolina Inc. seeks a Resource Coordinator to provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children, aiming to maximize safety, wellbeing, and permanency within family or group settings.

The role requires adherence to Omni policies, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA, and federal/state regulations, while supporting the mission of transforming lives and empowering communities through trauma-responsive care.

Qualifications

• North Carolina applicants: Bachelor's Degree in a human service field with a minimum of two years' experience working with child mental health population or a Master's Degree in a human service field with a minimum of 1 year experience working with child mental health population.
• Valid driver’s license, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation.
• Verified state license in Clinical Social Work if required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children placed in a family or group setting to maximize social functioning, safety, wellbeing, and permanency.
• Align all responsibilities with Omni's mission, values, and applicable policies including OSHA, CMS, and HIPAA.
