Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human service field with at least one year experience with child mental health populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children in family or group settings.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, and permanency through coordinated case planning and collaboration with teams.
• Adhere to policies and regulations including OSHA, CMS, HIPAA, and state/local requirements.
