Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc is seeking a Resource Coordinator to provide referral treatment planning for foster and adoptive children, aimed at maximizing safety, wellbeing and permanency. The coordinator will operate in alignment with the mission and policies of Omni and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• If degree is in criminal justice, include juvenile justice component.
• Volunteer, practicum, or intern experience with children and families is preferable.
• Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide referral treatment planning for foster/adoptive children to maximize social functioning, safety, wellbeing and permanency.
• Ensure all work complies with Omni policies, OSHA, CMS, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.
• Support the agency's mission in foster care, adoption, behavioral health, and family support services.
• Collaborate with team to promote safety, healing, and positive change for clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
