Qualifications

  • Certification or licensure under Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 457 as a Social Worker or related designation; licensure within two years of hire.
  • Experience with TPR casework and guardianship paperwork; court testimony required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for duties.
  • Provide evidence of meeting or exceeding automobile liability insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify barriers to permanency, track progress, and develop strategies to achieve timely permanence.
  • Coordinate Independent Living services, guardianships, and family find responsibilities.
  • Perform CPS case management duties and court work as needed.
  • Track TPR paperwork, data, and grant information; assist with grant-related tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with federal, state, and county mandates.
  • Produce and maintain assigned case paperwork; refer clients for needed services.
