Clarvida in the Denver area is seeking a Family Time Facilitator to support families involved in the child welfare system. This part-time role delivers supervision during visits, coaching for parenting skills, and court-related documentation with a trauma-informed approach.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, travel to in-home, community, and DHS sites, and schedule evenings/weekends to meet a minimum caseload. Benefits include paid training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible hours.

Competenze

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience working with children, crisis intervention and conflict resolution, and/or knowledge of child development and the child welfare system.
• Proof of valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and access to a vehicle.
• Organized and able to independently maintain your schedule.
• Ability to provide at least one weekend day and multiple afternoon/evenings of availability to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 18 client session hours per week.

Mansioni

• Supervise family interactions in the community, DHS offices, and in the home.
• Provide trauma-informed parenting skills training, psychoeducation, and parent coaching.
• Document progress for the court, report concerns of alleged abuse/neglect, and testify in court as needed.
• Provide transportation as needed and advocate for families with the caseworker and professional team.
