Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred; eligible for professional licensure as applicable.
• Experience with families, youth, and justice-involved populations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bi-monthly meetings with families to assess needs and progress.
• Facilitate parent-child conflict resolution sessions to improve communication.
• Provide coaching to caregivers on parenting strategies and youth engagement.
• Identify barriers to family functioning including trauma and system involvement.
• Connect families to behavioral health services, housing, and educational resources.
• Coordinate Guardian Empowerment League activities for caregivers.
