Job summary

The Pathfinder Network seeks a capable Facilitator/Coach to support cognitive behavioral programs and Parenting Inside Out in secured settings. You will facilitate classes, maintain program fidelity, and document participant progress with ODOC and internal teams.

Preference given to those with nonprofit or corrections experience, group facilitation skills, and digital literacy; travel may be required across Oregon facilities while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; experience in nonprofit or justice-related fields preferred.
• Experience facilitating groups and teaching adults with sensitivity to diverse learners.
• Comfort with databases, web tools, word processing, email and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate program classes and ensure fidelity to a standardized curriculum.
• Provide evaluations of participants' progress to ODOC and Pathfinder Network staff.
• Coordinate with Training team for ongoing professional development.
• Respond to institutional staff and maintain communications.
