Job summary

The Pathfinder Network in Indiana is seeking a full-time Facilitator and Coach to deliver cognitive-behavioral and parenting programs within a correctional setting. You will be responsible for guiding participants through program materials and fostering the development of pro-social skills.

This position requires effective communication, empathy, and strong boundaries, plus an Associate’s Degree and relevant experience. Competitive pay and benefits, including paid time off and medical coverage, are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a motor vehicle covered by insurance.
• Must pass a criminal history background check.
• Experience teaching adult learners is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cognitive-behavioral and parenting skill-building programs.
• Facilitate participants’ understanding of program materials.
• Provide evaluations of participants' progress.
