Job summary

The Pathfinder Network seeks an experienced facilitator/coach to support cognitive behavioral and Parenting Inside Out programs in Oregon. You will deliver classes, prepare materials, and help participants develop pro-social skills in a correctional setting.

This full-time role requires group facilitation experience, nonprofit background, and a commitment to equitable, trauma-informed practice. Remote work is available during onboarding with eventual statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree and one year of related experience.
• Experience facilitating groups in non-profit settings is preferred.
• Experience teaching adult learners and coordinating classes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cognitive behavioral programming and parenting classes.
• Prepare materials and classroom setups for sessions.
• Maintain program fidelity with standardized curricula.
• Collaborate with training teams for ongoing professional development.
